CHALLENGE

Our client was at a key stage in the development process in the year post-launch for a new treatment in the ophthalmology therapy area. We were tasked with providing a robust evidence package (CME-accredited) to a diverse group of healthcare professionals (HCPs) from around the world.

TRUTH

The educational needs for each country, and each HCP stakeholder group, varied considerably – a standard single-track meeting would not achieve the desired objective.

SOLUTION

Working with a Scientific Steering Committee, we delivered a two-day, multi-track, CME-accredited meeting for more than 1000 delegates. We followed an interactive, educational approach utilising a faculty of 60+ experts. A parallel-track format with interactive workshops – delivered by knowledgeable, credible speakers (including patient groups) – provided a tailored, engaging programme. Feedback from the delegates confirmed that this meeting expanded their knowledge and understanding of the new treatment and was relevant for medical practice in their country.
