Delegates at congresses want to ask questions of poster authors, but they cannot always be there when the author is.
SOLUTION
We developed an artificial intelligence (AI)-driven chatbot, which could be accessed via the poster. Delegates could download the app and ask questions of the chatbot. They were given instant and accurate responses, increasing understanding of the data. Delegates enjoyed using innovative technology to enhance their knowledge.
